Your photo privacy
This notice describes the static website at sortotterbopli.cloud. It does not describe the separate cloud storage, photo applications or external sites discussed in our guides.
No access to your photo library
The site has no photo upload feature, library scanner or cloud-account connection. It does not inspect your local folders, read image metadata from your devices or request credentials for another service. Example images are site illustrations, not images supplied by visitors.
Information involved in browsing
Serving a web page involves technical request information such as an IP address, requested URL, request time, browser information and, where supplied, a referring page. Hosting and network providers may process this information for delivery, security and diagnostics. This notice does not promise that infrastructure keeps no logs; infrastructure retention depends on the hosting configuration.
The supplied site code contains no advertising scripts, analytics trackers, third-party embeds or remote font requests. Its images, stylesheet and JavaScript are referenced locally. Following an external link opens a separate service governed by its own privacy practices.
The local message composer
Text entered into the contact composer is processed in the current browser page to create a plain-text draft. The composer does not submit that text to a server and does not save it in cookies, localStorage or sessionStorage. Your browser or device may independently provide autofill, session restoration, clipboard history or other features under its own settings.
The Copy control writes the draft to your clipboard only when you activate it. The Download control creates a text file on your device only when you activate it. Copied or downloaded material can remain after the page closes. You are responsible for deleting it from shared devices or clipboard history if needed.
If you email us
If you choose to send an email to [email protected], the message, sender address and associated email headers are processed through email services. Information may be used to consider the request, reply where appropriate, investigate a reported issue and maintain necessary correspondence records.
Do not send photos, passwords, recovery codes or private details about other people. Keep descriptions proportionate to the question. Email is not a guaranteed confidential channel. Correspondence should be retained only for as long as reasonably needed for its purpose, security, applicable obligations or a related dispute; this site does not promise a fixed universal deletion period.
Cookies and browser storage
The supplied site code does not set cookies or use persistent browser storage. Navigation and animations use temporary page state only. For details about browser controls and possible hosting-level behavior, read the Cookies notice.
Your choices and requests
You can use the guides without providing a name or email address. You can avoid the composer entirely and close the page without sending anything. Where applicable law provides access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection rights, email the address above with enough context to identify the relevant correspondence. Do not send identity documents unless a justified, proportionate verification process is agreed.
Requests are considered subject to applicable law, identity verification where necessary and legitimate retention obligations. Depending on your location, you may also have a right to complain to a relevant data protection authority.

This notice covers the functionality described here. Material changes to site data practices should be reflected in an updated notice before the changed processing begins. Any separately added hosting or consent service must be assessed under its actual configuration rather than assumed to be covered by a generic statement.
